The Story behind the story...

This beautifully illustrated story for 6 - 8 years olds, is my debut publication. The idea for this book began when I was Christmas shopping in Marks & Spencer.

I was drawn to the snow globes on display and was fascinated by the clockwork musical bases.  At once, I pictured two children shrinking into their Grandma’s globe and discovering that the music was stolen. This initial concept provided the inspiration for the Secrets of the Snow Globe series.
